1. Terminology and Definitions
1.1 “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Pearce Courses Ltd.
1.2 “User”, “You”, or “Your” refers to the individual or entity accessing, using, or purchasing Our services.
1.3 “Course” refers to the educational materials, including video lessons, text resources, and other content provided exclusively through Our platform. Course access is granted through an online streaming format and is not available for download.
1.4 “Link” pertains to the digital access provided via email, directing the User to the Course materials hosted on Our subdomain.
1.5 “Purchase” refers to the transaction where a User gains access to a Course upon successful payment.
1.6 “Subscription Period” refers to the duration of time a User has access to a purchased Course. Course access is granted for 120 calendar days from the date of purchase.
2. Governing Law
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England.
3. Geographic Availability
Our services are available worldwide; however, purchases cannot be processed for Users holding payment cards from sanctioned countries.
4. Technical Requirements
To access Our Courses, Users must have:
4.1 A stable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to stream video content.
4.2 An updated web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) with JavaScript enabled.
4.3 A device capable of video playback, such as a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
4.4 (If applicable) Any additional software required for specific Courses will be listed in the Course description.
5. Purchase Process and Access
5.1 Users must select their desired Course(s) and add them to the shopping cart.
5.2 Upon completing checkout and successful payment, the User will receive a confirmation email.
5.3 The confirmation email will contain a Link providing access to the purchased Course materials. Depending on the course, materials may be provided either as a platform link or as attachments (PDFs, assignments, and other resources).
5.4 Course materials are hosted on Our subdomain, where Users can watch video content, access text resources, and complete interactive learning activities. Courses are not available for download.
5.5 Access to Course materials will be available for 120 calendar days from the date of purchase.
5.6 Some Courses may offer the option to purchase in parts. In such cases, access to course materials will be provided progressively as payments are completed.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Users may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that they have not accessed more than 20% of the Course content.
6.2 Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:
6.2.1 The User has been charged for a Course but has not received access.
6.2.2 The Course does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
6.2.3 The Course content is defective (e.g., broken video links, unreadable materials) and the issue is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
6.3 Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@coderscourse.com, including proof of purchase and details of the issue. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days.
6.4 Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 Users may cancel a Course purchase within 24 hours of payment if they have not accessed the Course materials. Cancellations beyond this period will be treated as a refund request under Section 6.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 If a dispute arises regarding Your purchase or use of Our Services, You must first attempt to resolve the issue by contacting Our support team.
8.2 If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, Users may escalate the dispute to the UK Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) or another recognized consumer dispute resolution body in the UK.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 All Course content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, software, and course materials, is intellectual property owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
9.2 Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Course materials for personal educational purposes only.
9.3 Redistribution, resale, modification, or unauthorized sharing of Course materials is strictly prohibited.
9.4 Purchasing a Course does not transfer any ownership rights to the User.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 The Company makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes, skill mastery, or financial earnings resulting from Course completion.
10.2 The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Our Courses.
10.3 While We strive for accuracy, We do not warrant or guarantee the completeness, reliability, or uninterrupted availability of Course materials.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in providing services due to events beyond Our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
12. Termination of Access
12.1 We reserve the right to revoke access to any Course if a User is found in violation of these Terms.
12.2 Users may request the deletion of their data by contacting support. However, upon deletion, all access to purchased Courses will be revoked.
13. Amendments to These Terms
13.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
13.2 Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
14. Acknowledgment
